im sure old accounts are kept by CCP as they do not take up alot of memory.. so id say cancel ur subscription (after starting a lvl 5 skill) come back and re-activate it. d solo.

the NPC rats are uber guys. I was hunting PC pirates in a 0.0sec system last night, went looking for them in belts, (as thats where they sometimes hide) and got owned, by 10 NPCs .

I think the answer u are looking for is no, u cant. well thats the official stance, im sure u can buy it on ebay, but i wouldnt try, u can be banned from EVE. u seem to b able to buy a full account, but must inform CCP.
